The tube station is only a short walk South taking the A Bus: you can take several bus routes to the Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre, you can take bus routes such as 9, 10, 27, 33, , 72, H91, , , , , , and Car: there are no parking spaces available in the venue itself and it is difficult to find parking around the venue. If you are planning on driving however, the best, secure place to park is at the Hotel Novotel London West, which is located very close to the venue.

From the entrance foyer to the bar area, access to the Stalls is completely step free and there are also two accessible viewing platforms available in the Stalls. These viewing platforms have space for four wheelchair users and four personal assistants which are located in line with Row X, about 30 meters from the stage.
